~ We'll meet weekly, via 1:1 online sessions, at a time that suits you. I can fit in around your work and life commitments. 

 

~ Together we'll work through a variety of exercises and use different tools to explore how your menstrual health condition is impacting you. We'll clarify in what ways your quality of life is being compromised. 

 

~ I'll help you identify realistic, practical, positive goals and life changes that you can make, to gain more control, resolve challenges and help you live your life to the full.

 

~ I'll help you find the information and resources you need to implement changes  and unlock your full potential.
