My coaching programmes...

Personalised support to help you live and work well.

My coaching programmes are structured, but flexible, allowing sessions to focus on the topics, resources and activities that best address your challenges and support your needs.

We’ll explore where you are now, and where you want to be, by understanding your current situation, your needs and aspirations, and what’s holding you back.

From there, we create a plan with practical exercises, information, tools, and support to help you move forward. We can adapt along the way, focussing on what works best for you, so you can make lasting, positive changes with confidence.

"Through tailored strategies and practical exercises and activities, we’ll turn insight into skills, habits, and the confidence to help you create lasting change".

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps people clarify their goals, overcome challenges, and tap into hidden potential. It explores where you are now, to where you want to be.

By understanding your current challenges, goals, and what’s holding you back, we can develop a plan with practical steps, tools, and support to help you move forward to make lasting, positive changes with confidence.

This differs from counselling, as coaching focuses on future goals and personal growth, while counselling often addresses past experiences and emotional healing.

Coaching is a recognised profession guided by The Global Code of Ethics, ensuring integrity, professionalism, and respect in client relationships.

Not sure whether coaching or counselling is right for you? Get in touch, and I’ll clarify the best approach for your needs.

Why I coach...

Over my 30 year career in financial services, the most rewarding aspects of my roles involved coaching, training and mentoring.

When I hit a personal career and life crossroad, I turned to a career coach and completed their structured programme. The profound impact coaching had on my life inspired me to train as a coach myself, so that I can help others achieve similar breakthroughs.

My skills, knowledge and lived experience, along with the ILM L3 Effective Coaching qualification and commitment to Continuing Professional Development via membership of The Association of Coachingequip me with everything I need to be an effective and impactful coach.
