If you’re living with endometriosis and wondering how coaching could help, book a free 30-minute call. It’s an opportunity to talk about what’s happening for you, what support you need, and how we might work together.
I partner with organisations to strengthen menstrual health awareness and support. Through communications, workshops and 1:1 coaching, I help teams build understanding, confidence and lasting support at work.
I support parents and carers of pre-teens and teenagers experiencing menstrual health challenges. I can help you recognise when pain or symptoms may need attention and feel confident navigating conversations with doctors or schools.
I’ve been where you are now. Isolated, frustrated, exhausted and overwhelmed by the tidal wave of conflicting information and advice online. I felt my life was defined by endometriosis and that I was failing at work and in life. Surgery, pain, painkillers, fertility issues and stress about work and absence record were all-consuming. I wasn’t really living, in fact, I was barely existing.
But everything turned around when I sought help and bit by bit started taking control of my well-being. I made practical, sustainable changes focussing on my work life, healthy nutrition, the benefits of nature, self-care, gentle exercise, complementary therapies, relationships and social life. The improvement in my endometriosis symptoms and well-being was transformational. I started living again.
My own experience inspired me to create a safe harbour for others. Whether that’s supporting women managing endometriosis, helping parents guide their children through early menstrual health challenges, or partnering with organisations to build understanding and lasting change in the workplace.
My Anchor and Flagship coaching programmes explore how, and what aspects of your quality of life are being compromised by your menstrual health condition. Together we’ll identify clear, manageable and sustainable lifestyle and workplace changes and practices to help you feel more in control and better able to manage your symptoms.
Each programme is tailored to your needs and delivered weekly through one hour, 1:1 online sessions at a time that suits you.
Alongside my work with individuals and organisations, I also support parents and carers through my Harbour support package. This combines a practical guide and 1:1 support to help families feel confident responding to menstrual health challenges experienced by pre-teens and teens.
